Delivery Informtion

Shipping

We will aim to ship your order within 24hrs of receipt.  Orders will be sent via Royal Mail or courier depending on the size of the order.  You will be notified of shipment details when the order has been dispatched.  In the event of unavoidable delays, you will be notified as soon as possible.

UK delivery fees are as follows:

£0.00 - £4.99 = £1.00

£5.00 - £9.99 = £1.50

£10.00 - £19.99 = £2.95

£20.00 - £49.99 = £7.50

Orders of £50.00 and above will be free of charge.

Click and Collect

​

We now offer a click and collect service.  We aim to fulfill orders within 24hrs of receipt.  You will be notified by email when your collection is ready.  Please do not attend before receiving an email.  You are welcome to call us for any updates if you do not receive a notification after 24hrs has passed.

Hand Delivery

​

For those who are unable to get out, we will be offering a local hand delivery service.  There will be a small fee of £1.50 for orders less than £10.00.  Orders over £10.00 will be offered free of charge.  Please allow 1 - 3 working days for delivery.  You will be contacted by email to arrange a mutually convenient time to deliver,
